Seminars for Teachers

In its effort to provide the best possible educational experience for its young visitors, the Jewish Museum of Greece takes great care to assist their teachers in every possible way.

Teachers are urged to visit the Museum on their own before scheduling a visit for the classroom or using one of the Museum Cases. They are given a guided tour of the Museum and are provided with printed and visual material for their information and the preparation of their pupils.

For those wishing to receive further information or prepare themselves better before approaching a subject – especially difficult ones such as the Holocaust or Intercultural Issues – the Museum organises seminars on demand. These focus both on providing accurate relevant information and on examining practical issues regarding the approach of those subjects in the classroom.
